NewsMark, Inc., led by former television news reporter Gigi Lubin, is a Chicago based, award-winning marketing communications firm that provides a full range of services. Our team knows how to find the sweet spot between what clients want (brand awareness that leads to increased sales) and what the media requires (stories with impact) to create campaigns that deliver whether in television, print, online, or on-site. Our large network of marketing professionals allow us to bring experienced partners on a per-project basis saving our clients money while giving them access to the best in the business.

Gigi Lubin

President

Gigi has worked with leading consumer brands as a strategic partner in crafting high-visibility campaigns. She has the unique ability to capture the key message and strategically position an organization. As a former television reporter, Gigi has strong relationships with media and appears on-air as a lifestyle and safety expert/ media spokesperson for brands both locally and across the country.  She led a team in winning the prestigious Public Relations Society’s (PRSA) Silver Anvil award for consumer products and has a Master’s degree in broadcast journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.

Cynthia Greenwood

Copywriter and PR Specialist

Cynthia has more than 30 years experience in marketing communications for nonprofits and consumer product companies. She works closely with the International Housewares Association in PR.

Jen Peterson

Integrated Marketing

Jen has more than twenty years of integrated marketing experience from working with non-profits (arts and cause marketing) to creating large-scale campaigns for international brands while working in Chicago radio. She is an expert in guiding companies on overall marketing strategy with an expert focus in integrating social media and execution of marketing plans.

Media Producer and Strategist

Steve is an Emmy Award-winning broadcast journalist and producer and a vivid and visceral story-teller. He creates platforms, video and other content for companies wishing to make the most of social media and the Internet.
